A new series of Mercury Prize-sponsored sessions were announced recently which will not be on sale but instead given away to competition winners and member.
Ladyhawke and Blood Red Shoes have signed up for the first show which is set to take place at London Club Hospital in Covent Garden on May 29th.
The Mercury Prize dates for this year are as follows:

Awards Show/Winner Announcement – Tuesday 8th Septemeber 2009
