I have to say, I somewhat agree with this Drowned In Sound review of Bombay Bicycle Club’s debut album. It seems somewhat lacking in a kick needed to really to catch your notice. I’ve listened to the album a few times now but never found myself humming the tunes or wanting to go back and listen to any tracks in particular.
Nevertheless Bombay Bicycle Club are are obviously liked, ‘I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose’ is the bands first album of hopefully many, it’s is available now from all the usual places, check out the links below for more details.
