You can win all these!

Thanks to the very generous folks over at Young & Lost Club Indiescreet is giving away some limited edition goodies from some great bands on their label.

Prizes include a range of vinyl records from some great upcoming bands such as Everything Everything and Swanton Bombs. It’s quick and easy to enter so make sure you do now before it’s too late.

The winner will receive:

1x Everything Everything – ‘MY KZ, YR BF’ 7″ Vinyl
1x Ou Est Le Swimming Pool – ‘Dance The Way I Feel’ 7″ Vinyl
1x Swanton Bombs – ‘Doom’ 7″ Vinyl
1x Magic Wands – ‘Magic Love & Dreams EP’ 12″ Limited Edition Vinyl
2x Young & Lost Club Badges

Two runners up will each receive:

1x Everything Everything – ‘MY KZ, YR BF’ 7″ Vinyl

To enter all you have to do is leave a comment on this post. Yes, it’s as simple as that!

Make sure you leave your email address either in the email field or in the comment itself or I won’t be able to get in touch with you if you do win.

Winners will be chosen at random from all the entries received, multiple comments count towards multiple entries however the maximum number of entries is two.

Unfortunately I can only accept entries from the UK this time around.

The competition closes on December 2nd at midnight GMT, that gives you just over a week to try and win.

Make sure you either subscribe to comments when you leave a comment or subscribe to Indiescreet’s RSS Feed to find out if you’ve won next week.

Procrastination is an art: you do not have to stop if you never start :) Just so you know.

Thats a question thats made me think! I think I’ve been to more gigs this year than any other (many on your recommendation)!

I’ll try and give my top ten (in no particular order) though if you were to ask me tomorrow I’m sure it would change.

Noah and the Whale (The Fly)
Goldheart Assembly (‘Oh Inverted World’ @ The Old Queens Head)
    Neil Young (Glastonbury)
    The Specials (Brixton)
    The Flaming Lips (The Troxy)
    The Whip (Scala)
    Fight Like Apes (Bestival)
    Them Crooked Vultures (Brixton)
    Blur (Glastonbury)
Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip (Bestival)

I’m probably cheating by including festivals.

@Jenn – Aww that’s so kind, thanks Jenn. Feel the love right here at Indiescreet!

I wish I could afford to ship them but I struggle with rent never mind anything else.

    20 Jenn 25/11/2009 at 12:07 am

Chris – If Roxy wins I’ll send them to her, considering she was first to comment it’s only fair that she can play :D

    21 Lesley 25/11/2009 at 12:07 am

    fantastic prize guys!

    22 allison baillie 24/11/2009 at 11:57 pm

    rad!

    23 Chris 24/11/2009 at 11:52 pm

@rob – Thanks Rob, it’s always nice to hear some positive feedback.

Cleethorpes isn’t too far from me right now so I’ll have to come and check out your club night sometime.

What tracks are getting the best receptions from your crowd lately?

@JT – No worries mate, I’d of done the same thinking about it! Well there’s a recommendation for Noah & The Whale if anyone needs one!

These guys at Y&LC have some real potential signed to them right now, hopefully 2010 will be a big year for them. Any other good gigs you’ve been to this year?

    24 JT 24/11/2009 at 10:04 pm

See I really do feel cheeky now! I’m always up for conversation. I went to the Noah and the Whale night put on by Young and Lost Club and it was probably my gig of the year!! (I almost can’t believe I’m saying that having seen Them Crooked Vultures as secret support at the Arctics Brixton gig)

    25 rob allenby 24/11/2009 at 10:00 pm

ha ha it was a bit cheeky
this is a great site by the way (even more impressive that you do it yourself) – loving the tracks you have on here

i run an indie / electro club night in cleethorpes, and i’ll be playing some of the tunes i’ve found here

    26 Chris 24/11/2009 at 9:47 pm

@Roxy – I’m sorry but I can’t afford to ship over to the US, if you’ve got someone in the UK I can ship to then that’s fine, let me know!

@JT & rob allenby – Not exactly what I had in mind when it came to more than one entry but fair play for increasing your chances. I was trying to spark some conversation but I guess it backfired!

    27 rob allenby 24/11/2009 at 9:41 pm

my as well give it another try ha ha

    28 rob allenby 24/11/2009 at 9:38 pm

please please please please let me win

    29 JT 24/11/2009 at 6:13 pm

    And again (cheeky)

    30 JT 24/11/2009 at 6:13 pm

    Can I enter please :)

    31 Jenn 24/11/2009 at 4:15 pm

I like it when the background is pink…can I win now please?! x

    32 Roxy 24/11/2009 at 4:01 pm

I’m surprised I’m the first comment. I love to win things, though! I want that Swanton Bombs!
