Check out this rework of, in my opinion, the best track from Jack Penate’s latest album ‘Everything Is New’.
‘Pull My Heart Away’ was already a good track (I wrote a little about it here), however Jamie from The xx has managed to take the track in a totally different direction with an off kilter dubstep remix.
Incorporating some of the bleakness seen in The xx’s tracks, this remix still manages to have a dirty bassline beat pumping throughout the song.
Expect to see it topping the Hype Machine charts very soon.

Love it. Thanks for posting this! It’s pretty simplistic music wise, in other words, not a lot going on. Just a minimalistic beat/bass line.
