Enter Shikari have described their upcoming second album as “stupid” to BBC Newsbeat.
Single Juggernauts is available from June 1st and bass player Chris Batten had this to say:
“The new single is one of the more tame songs – there are some which even we think are a bit stupid – so they must be really stupid.”
Enter Shikari have received a lot of support from Radio 1 with Juggernauts. The single has a more mainstream feel to it than their last album so it will be very interesting to see what slant the rest of the album takes and whether it will be enjoyed by people who have only heard their latest single. It will also be interesting to see how well the single and the album do in the charts.
The new album, Common Dreads, is available from June 15th on their own label Amateur Reality.
