The Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas has just announced details of his very first solo European tour to support the release of his debut solo album ‘Phrazes For The Young’.
Casablancas will head to:
Copenhagen Vega (November 30th)
Stockholm Gota Kallare (December 1st)
Berlin Maria Am Ostbahnof (3rd)
Amsterdam Paradiso (5th)
Paris Le Bataclan (8th)
Manchester Ritz (11th)
Glasgow ABC (12th)
Dublin Academy (14th)
London Forum (16th)
The tour comes on the back of much anticipation for Casablancas’ first foray into the solo album realms.
Last month I previewed the first track to be released from ‘Phrazes For The Young’ over at ZME Music. Since then unfortunately or fortunately lots more tracks have found their way online and on to the pages of thousands of blogs.
