Another Friday and you know what that means right? Another review of the week from Indiescreet.

For those of you unfamiliar, the review of the week looks back over the past seven days at websites and articles I have found interesting and shares them with you.

This week’s review includes some interesting finds,

Indie Music Finds talked about Ideal, an English black comedy starring Johnny Vegas

“Ideal is a British television program that is now in it’s fifth series. The main character Moz, played by Johnny Vegas is a hash dealer in Manchester who runs his small business from his flat. Because of this, the entire program is set in his cluttered abode.”

Not Many Experts introduced us to the new Bloc Party single, One More Chance

“Bloc Party continue their abeyance from conforming to their image as a rock band with yet another foray into dance/house territory.”

Bloc Party - One More Chance

Cream Team wrote about When Saints Go Machine

“Take the intended spirit of (the ultimately disappointing) Miike Snow, the eclectic adventurousness of TV on the Radio and some of the dread and menace of Fever Ray/The Knife and you come close to defining the brilliant sound that is When Saints Go Machine, a Danish trio that has created one of the most impressive debut albums I have heard all year.”

Rock On The Streets shared Graham Coxon’s new video for In The Morning

“The track is off the singers seventh studio album, “The Spinning Top“. The album was produced by Stephen Street and is now out.”

Pop Tarts Suck Toasted blogged about Future of the Left’s new album

“Travels With Myself And Another should never be listened to at a safe volume. This is a record that bristles with anger and venom throughout it’s 33-minutes and threaten to explode at any minute. Records like that should not be listened to at a whisper but at a volume that disturbs your neighbors even if they’re miles away.”

Coming up next week: Spotify playlists, Glastonbury news and reviews, new releases and another review of the week.
