New album releases for this week (November 2nd) include:
Julian Casablancas – ‘Phrazes for the Young’
Flight of the Conchords – ‘ I Told You I Was Freaky’
Weezer – ‘Raditude’
Local Natives – ‘Gorilla Manor’
Johnny Foreigner, who’s new album I just reviewed here, unfortunately didn’t make it into the top 40.
However Wolfmother, with their long awaited second album ‘Comic Egg’ managed to edge into the top 40 at number 35.
The much anticipated debut solo album from The Strokes’ frontman Julian Casablancas is out today, check out this article I posted last week to preview some of the tracks taken from the album. After plenty of coverage expect the album to feature highly in the album charts next week.
