New releases this week (October 5th) include:
Mumford & Sons – ‘Sigh No More’
Idlewild – ‘Post Electric Blues’
The Twilight Sad – ‘Forget The Night Ahead’
Albums from last week which charted in the UK top 40 included Ian Brown with his latest album ‘My Way’ at number 8, Hockey with ‘Mind Chaos’ at 33 and Zero 7 with ‘Yeah Ghost’ at 39.
Madonna was knocked off the top spot by Paramore with their latest album ‘Brand New Eyes’, most likely bought by every Twilight fan in the UK.
New release this week include recent Radio 1 invitees Mumford & Son and longstaying indie rockers Idlewild.
