New releases for this week (September 7th) include:
Jamie T – Kings & Queens
Frank Turner – Poetry of the Deed
The Cribs – Ignore The Ignorant
Jet – Shaka Rock
Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johansson – Breakup
Arctic Monkeys have managed to hold on to the number one spot for a second week, with no other new releases really pushing high into the charts.
Noah & The Whale’s new album, ‘The First Days Of Spring’ managed an impressive number 16 in it’s first week. Just Jack was only a few places at number 22 with his album ‘All Night Cinema’.
New releases from today which should fair well in the charts include Jamie T and The Cribs. Both acts have always had a great cult following but the love for them is becoming more and more widespread as each new release is made.
Hopefully both will be able to crack the top 10 and maybe even the top spot if lucky enough. Stick around for a review of the new Jamie T album, ‘Kings & Queens’, coming soon.
