Sigur Ros have posted details of their new album on the bands official website.
Recording has been taking place at the Sundlaugin Studio in their home country of Iceland.
The band have described their follow up to 2008′s Med Sud I Eyrum Vid Spilum Endalaust as:
“Melodic but much less noisy and more ‘out there’ than previous albums.”
The not yet named new album is slated for a 2010 release.
