The Dead Weather, Jack White’s latest band, are set to make their UK debut next week.
The US band, which are made up of Jack White, Alison Mosshart, Dean Fertita and Jack Lawrence, will be appearing at a secret London venue on June 22nd at 9pm.
The performance is part of a series called From The Basement which is organised by Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich.
This is a gig with a difference however, tickets will not be available for the show, instead the gig will be broacast live at four independent record stores, they are,
Rough Trade East in London
Piccadilly Records in Manchester
Avalanche Records in Glasgow and
Rounder Records in Brighton.
You will also be able to view the show live at FTB Live and for anyone with the brand new Nokia N97 you will be able to view it via your phone.
The Dead Weather debut album, Horehound, is released on July 13th on Third Man Records.
