I feel there may be quite a large amount of Radiohead posts being featured on Indiescreet in the coming months.
After the band said they would not be releasing any more albums in the near future and the release of new single ‘These Are My Twisted Words’ it seems the band will be releasing material as and when they feel like it.
Fair enough, not a bad idea for a band with as much support as Radiohead. Will this be a strategy adopted by other bands though? I guess only time will tell.
Anyway, discussion topic over. Thom Yorke is set to release a cover of a Mark Mulcahy track title ‘All For The Best’ as a solo track on September 7th.
The track will be up for sale on RecordStore.co.uk and will be a limited edition 7″ single limited to only 2000 copies.
‘All For The Best’ will also be part of an album entitled ‘Ciao My Shining Star: The Songs Of Mark Mulcahy’ which takes a look back at Miracle Legion and Polaris frontman Mark Mulcahy thanks to covers from a number of famous acts. For more details click here.
