Here is Indiescreet’s guide on just a few of the bands to check out at this years Reading & Leeds Festivals.

Rather than suggesting all the big name bands who will have tens of thousands of people watching I’ve tried to make a list to get you off the beaten track which includes some established and upcoming bands.

    Thanks Tibi. Nice heads up on the Them Crooked Vultures appearance too, they’re drumming up a lot of press right now.

    There are some great upcoming bands playing the BBC Introducing stage, see the line up and give some a listen!

    Haven’t heard of any of these bands, but most of them sound really promising. Great finds, especially Fight Like Apes :) ! Oh, and I’ve heard from pretty reliable sources that Them Crooked Vultures are going to do a ’secret’ appearance this weekend too – prolly sometime between Arctic Monkeys and Eagles of Death Metal.
